Passing the PgMP exam is the point at which you receive your PgMP certification and become an in-demand program manager. AVC's PgMP Certification Training is a comprehensive program aimed at preparing individuals for the PgMP exam. Just follow the steps below to succeed in your PgMP exam in the very first time:
1) Check your eligibility for the PgMP course.
The first step in your PgMP or Program Management Professional certification is to check if you meet the requirements to get certified under PMI's eligibility requirements. There are academic requirements as well as work experience requirements. Make sure you meet the requirements and that you can prove these if you are picked up for audit.
Alternatives to (PgMP®) certification are: MSP® - Managing Successful Programs.
Simpler; practically oriented and no experience requirement.
2) Apply for the PgMP course
Once you have ensured that you meet the eligibility requirements, you can start your application by documenting your experience in the projects and programs that you were part of and your roles and responsibilities during that time. You should review the PgMP Handbook to ensure that you submit your application correctly.
3) Attend PgMP training
PgMP training involves 24 hours of instructor-led interactive training sessions. You will also train based on The Standard for Program Management - Fifth Edition and the PMBOK® Guide.
4) Schedule the PgMP exam
Once you have completed your training, you can estimate how much time you need to prepare for the exam and schedule the PgMP exam on a convenient date!
5) Prepare for the PgMP exam
Once you have scheduled the PgMP exam, you can come up with a study plan to get exam ready on time. You can revise the curriculum and use tools such as simulated tests and case studies to improve your understanding of program management concepts and gain confidence. PMI offers a range of study aids to help you prepare for the exam.
6) Take the PgMP exam and be the best!
