This course introduces Agile Service Management, focusing on applying and integrating agile principles into service management processes and process design projects. Agile thinking enhances IT’s efficiency and effectiveness, enabling it to adapt to changing requirements while consistently delivering value.

Traditionally, Dev teams have focused on Agile/Scrum, while Ops have emphasized ITSM/ITIL®. This course bridges the gap by combining their strengths to deliver comprehensive business value. It integrates Agile and ITSM practices to support end-to-end Agile Service Management, encouraging Dev teams to manage services instead of products and helping Ops and ITSM adopt “just enough” processes.
