Course Overview
In today's society, digitization drives development faster and faster. This places new demands on the IT service providers to respond to the demands to deliver new functionality faster and with high quality. Gone are also the days when development was driven in large projects with a lot of governing documents. Now much of the development is agile and fast-paced. The content of High Velocity IT focuses on processes, ways of working and how other concepts and technologies are integrated into the new modern ways of working that are required.
The course includes the use of work methods such as Agile and Lean, as well as technical methods and techniques such as Cloud, Automation and Automatic Testing. The focus of these methods and techniques is on rapid delivery of products and services to obtain maximum value.

Prerequisites:
- Passed the ITIL 4 Foundation examination
- Attended an accredited training course for this module
The exam will be taken online giving you the convenient choice of writing the exam at home or in the office. What we need is a computer with internet for the exam and webcam (ProctorU). The exam is included in this package.
Exam Format
- Duration of 90 minutes (25% extra time for candidates taking the exam in a language other than their native language)
- Closed book
- 60 multiple choice questions
- 1 mark for each correct answer
- Passing score: 39/60 marks - 65%
