This is an intensive four-day course that prepares you for the M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner exams. The training is delivered via a virtual training environment. You must ensure that you can meet the technical requirements found here. In addition, while attending your course, there is also evening work for exam preparation. The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm that you have the necessary knowledge and understanding to contribute to the identification, assessment and control of risk in any organizational perspective. The Practitioner qualification ensures that you have gained sufficient understanding of how to apply and adapt M_o_R in a scenario situation.
What is M_o_R® ?
Risk Management (M_o_R®) is designed to help organizations put in place an effective risk management framework that enables them to make informed decisions about the risks that affect their strategic, portfolio, programme, project, product or operational objectives. Pre-requisites
No prior knowledge is necessary but an awareness of programme and/or project management would be an advantage. In order to sit the Practitioner exam you must have passed the Foundation exam.
