PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner (project management) - Classroom (exam included)

PRINCE2 Agile combines the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile methods with the clearly defined framework for PRINCE2®. PRINCE2 Agile has been created for those organizations and individuals using PRINCE2 (or other project management methods, such as Props, PPS, etc.) but recognizes the benefits of using Agile methodologies. It guides how to use PRINCE2 and Agile to reduce conflicts and implement effectively to benefit from the best of both worlds. The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner qualification aims to demonstrate that you can apply and adapt PRINCE2 Agile to different types of projects. A successful candidate for this course should be able to start using the method in an actual project but may not be sufficiently qualified to do so appropriately in all situations, like Agile environments. Your expertise in project management, the complexity of the project, and the support provided using PRINCE2 Agile in your work environment will all influence what you can achieve in your work.
