PRINCE2 Agile combines the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile methods with the clearly defined framework for PRINCE2®. PRINCE2 Agile has been created for those organizations and individuals using PRINCE2 (or other project management methods, such as Props, PPS, etc.) but recognizes the benefits of using Agile methodologies. A successful candidate for this course should be able to start using the method in an actual project but may not be sufficiently qualified to do so appropriately in all situations, like Agile environments.
