The APMG-International PPS™ is aimed at those senior managers who sponsor programs and projects (Sponsors). This includes those who have been made accountable as individuals for a specific program or project (Senior Responsible Owners). The qualification certifies that these managers are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of the skills needed to lead a successful delivery of policy or strategy or to lead an initiative or deliver to a target.
APMG-International PPS™
The Programme and Project Sponsorship course has been developed to provide a clear understanding of what is required of the Programme and Project Sponsor. It addresses the critical question, ‘What should I be doing?’, ‘What is an appropriate level of my involvement?’ and ‘What should others be doing for me?’.
