The TOGAF® EA (Enterprise Architecture) Foundation and Practitioner combined training is a comprehensive program that gives individuals a solid understanding of the TOGAF framework and its application in enterprise architecture. The TOGAF® standard is an enterprise architecture framework that provides a comprehensive approach to designing, planning, implementing, and managing an enterprise information architecture. After this course, participants will gain an understanding of the knowledge required to achieve certification through the TOGAF® EA Level 1 (TOGAF® EA Foundation) and Level 2 (TOGAF® EA Practitioner) exams.

About TOGAF®

TOGAF® certification is a widely used standard for enterprise architecture (EA) development. It provides a comprehensive approach to designing, planning, implementing and managing an enterprise architecture.

The TOGAF® standard is used by commercial enterprises of all sizes, as well as government agencies, public non-governmental organizations and defense agencies.

With greatly expanded guidance, it enables organizations to work effectively across a variety of use cases, including agile enterprise and digital transformation.

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE THE TOGAF® STANDARD?

Regardless of the type of enterprise architecture you work with, whether it is focused on supporting strategy, portfolio, project or solution delivery, or whether you have embarked on a digital transformation or initiative to simplify legacy systems, the TOGAF standard is universally applicable. Its foundational content and series of guides offer timeless, immutable concepts and well-established best practices.

The TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition enhances the previous versions of the TOGAF Standard and provides architectural practitioners with additional resources to facilitate the adoption of best practices. The latest version contains the most stable, scalable and efficient methods available today.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF THE TOGAF® STANDARD?

The TOGAF standard provides a comprehensive and coherent view of an organization's landscape, facilitating strategic decision-making and implementation of best practices in business and technology trends. The standard provides a flexible and scalable framework that can be adapted to different use cases and architectural styles, allowing organizations to drive transformation initiatives best suited to their needs.

The TOGAF standard also includes a reference model for architecture views, deliverables and an Enterprise Architecture Repository, as well as the TOGAF ADM and governance framework, which support practice in an automated way.

The TOGAF standard is the most widely used EA standard and fits companies of all sizes and industries, providing EA teams with proven standards and best practices to effectively structure and align their EA efforts.

TOGAF Enterprise Architecture

Foundation level 1 and Practitioner Level 2

The combined course is designed for individuals who want to gain both the basic knowledge and practical skills needed to work effectively with TOGAF® Standard. It combines content from the Foundation and Practitioner levels in one course, allowing participants to obtain both certifications in one program.

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation and Practitioner is based on the TOGAF® standard, 10th edition.

In combined training, both Foundation and Practitioner level content is integrated into one program. This means participants can cover all the required material in one consolidated course, eliminating the need for separate training sessions for each level. This streamlined approach allows participants to learn the basic concepts and immediately build on them with advanced topics, resulting in a more efficient learning experience.

Taking the Foundation level before the Practitioner level is a must, as it provides the fundamental knowledge needed to understand the TOGAF® framework. By combining the two levels, participants can seamlessly move from the basic concepts to the more advanced topics without the need for additional enrollment or wait times. This eliminates time spent scheduling and completing separate courses.
